Regardless of how much it's making in the theater, 'Spidey 2' (just like the first movie), has some serious problems with it. Here are a few:

1. Inconsistency with bank robbery.
2. Aunt May getting snatched.
3. More MJ emotional skitzing.
4. Multiple Peter-to-Spidey "insta-changing".
5. Bogus magnatism.
6. Unmasking for everyone.
7. Blatant continuity inconsistencies.
8. El-cheapo HQ rebuild.
9. Super-rare component at Osborne's house.
10. Ability failures.
11. Doc Ock's extend-a-tenticles.
12. Too much random crap to fill the time.
